STARDUST FOR LIBRARIES

For libraries

Run a space club with no budget, no lab, and no science background of your own. You get a join code, a roster and something to set them each week. It is free, and it stays free.

Everything here is free

This is not a trial, and there is no card at the end of it.
  • A join code you can read out — your group lands on your roster
  • Every foundation course in the Academy, free forever
  • Missions doable with a magnet, a ball of string and a window — no equipment budget and no lab
  • Live rooms and Q&As with people who actually work in space
  • Certificates a young person can show, checkable by a stranger

How it works

1
Register the library

One short form. You do not need a science lead, a budget, or permission from anyone above you to start.

2
Get your join code

Six characters. Read it out, put it on a poster, print it on the sign-up sheet.

3
Run the first session

Pick a mission, do it in the room. The scale-model solar system one works in a corridor and takes an afternoon.

4
Keep going, or do not

Nothing renews and nothing lapses into a bill. If the club fizzles out in March, that is fine and it cost you nothing.

NO BUDGET

Because there is not one

We designed the missions on the assumption that a library has a room, some chairs and no money. Everything else was a fantasy about what public services are funded like.

FREE
NO EXPERTISE

You do not need to know any of it

The briefs are written for the young person, not for you. You are the person who opens the room and knows their names, which is the part that actually matters.

FREE
SAFEGUARDS

On by default

Under-18 accounts are private by default and the adult-only parts of the platform are closed to them without you configuring anything.

FREE

Start a space club this month

Register the library, read out the join code, run the first session. The whole thing is free and nothing turns into an invoice.
