Stardust Connect

Partner your school

Your school's own space programme — a live platform, a global community and real missions, connected to Stardust Odyssey and to partners across the space industry.

How it works, plainly

Start free. Certify when you are ready.

Getting your school on Stardust costs nothing, and we mean nothing — bring every student you have. Certification is the step after, when you know it works and you want your school’s own edition of it.

Step one · free, always
Join and onboard
  • Your school’s space, with a join code
  • Every student on Odyssey — the Academy, the community, homework and continuing education
  • Teacher console: roster, missions, announcements
  • A virtual kickoff session for your students
  • No card, no contract, no expiry
Step two · certification
Certified Stardust School
  • Your own academy — courses under your name, adapted to your language and syllabus
  • Your branding — crest and colours on your students’ space, and the certification mark for your site, prospectus and gate
  • The Stardust Generation — a free copy of the book for your students, and their chance to write a chapter
  • The Scrapbook — your photographs on the global wall every member sees
  • Missions across borders — your cohort working with schools in other countries
Certification is paid and quoted in US dollars, per institution, set against what your country and your school can carry — there is no single global rate, and it is agreed in a signed document before anything begins. It is also earned: granted once your staff are onboarded and your first cohort has flown a mission. We would rather it meant something than sold quickly.

Everything else — in-person visits, events, extra programmes — is à la carte and priced only when you ask for it. We push certification hard, because it is the difference between your students using Stardust and your school having one.

How it works

1You apply

Ten minutes. We ask real questions because we only take schools we can actually serve well.

2We review

A person reads every application. We reply within five working days — including when the answer is no.

3You launch

Your school’s space, join code and programme activations, with a named contact at Stardust.

What we ask of you

We would rather be blunt now than disappoint you in March. Stardust is a small team. Every school we take on is time we are not giving to another one, so we are careful about who we say yes to — and we would rather you walked away at this paragraph than six weeks in.

What we commit to you
  • Your school’s own space on the platform, live, with a join code
  • Free access to the Academy and community for every student you enrol
  • A named person at Stardust who answers your emails
  • A reply to this application within five working days
  • Your data stays yours; students under 18 are private by default
What we ask of you
  • One named teacher who owns this — not a committee, not “the IT department”
  • Leadership approval before you apply, or a clear route to it
  • A term, minimum. Programmes that run for three weeks help nobody
  • Roughly two hours a month from your lead teacher
  • You reply to us. Silence for three weeks and we release the place to another school
What you give back

Partner schools become a Certified Stardust School — a status you can put on your website, your prospectus and your gate. In exchange we ask you to say so publicly:

  • Announce the certification on your school’s own social channels
  • Let us name you as a partner school, and use your crest alongside ours
  • One article, co-written — your words and ours, for your newsletter, your local press, or both. We draft, you approve, nothing goes out without you
  • A line in whatever you send parents when the programme starts

Photographs of students are never required and only ever used with the consent your school already holds. If your policy is no images of children, that changes nothing about the partnership.

Money, plainly

The platform and the virtual kickoff are free. They stay free.

In-person visits are not. The host covers the real cost of sending a person to you: travel, accommodation, and meals or a daily allowance while they are with you. Local ground transport too, if your site needs it. None of that is a margin — it is what it costs to put someone in your building. You get the full number in writing, itemised and in US dollars, before anyone books anything, and you approve it before we travel.

Certification carries a licence, quoted in US dollars per institution and agreed in a signed document — never a surprise invoice. Pricing is set against what your country and your school can carry, not a single global rate, and adapting the curriculum to your language and syllabus is part of it, not an extra.

If budget is the obstacle and the will is there, say so in the form. We have scholarship places and we would rather find a way than lose the school.

Your application

We ask because our time is the scarce thing, not our software. Saying “nothing yet” does not disqualify you — saying nothing at all costs us both six weeks.

Transparent terms, so we can move fast: the platform and virtual kickoff are free for partner schools. For in-person visits, the host covers speaker travel and accommodation — that is it, no per-diem games. Full partnerships are formalised with a simple one-year partnership agreement. Submitting this form is a real request: if we can serve your dates, we confirm and schedule directly by email.
